Mark Edwards
Mark is responsible for the firms Litigation Department, and has specialised in Civil Litigation and contract related disputes since qualifying in 1988.
He joined the firm in 1996, and became a partner in 1998.
Following the retirement of the firm’s founder Michael Lane in 2005, Mark became Senior Partner.
Mark is an experienced Litigator concentrating on high value disputed claims.
Outside of work Mark has a keen interest in all types of motorsport.
John Pitt
John heads the Commercial Collections Department within the practice.
He originally joined the firm in 1991 before leaving in 1996. John returned to Lane & Co in 2004 and became a partner in 2005.
As well as looking after the non-contested side of the firm, John is also an experienced Litigator.
In his spare time John is a keen angler and supports Wolverhampton Wanderers.
