The initial stage of our process is the Letter Before Action.
The letter charges start at £1.95 + vat which provides for a 7 day letter to your debtor. In the absence of payment the next stage is issue of Court Proceedings or Claim.
As well as issuing the claim we are able to enter Judgement and issue execution process. UK and international debts recovered.
In most debt collection cases (in uncontested matters) providing the debtor pays most of the costs incurred are recovered.
